Lawrence is a senior creative consultant, facilitator and accredited coach specialising in organisational development, cultural strategy, youth voice, inclusion and workplace wellbeing. He is co-author of the Youth Voice & Participation Handbook for Creative and Cultural Organisations. He has a background in music production and creative design.

Jennifer Raven

Jennifer is a senior creative consultant and our expert evaluator. She is a youth voice and inclusion specialist and co-author of the Youth Voice & Participation Handbook. She has extensive experience in developing ethical arts for social impact, having founded and directed her own charity working with young refugees.

Callum Given

Callum is a learning and participation specialist, with a track record in developing programmes with inclusion and social impact at their heart. He has worked with major arts institutions and has a background in music.

Eleanor Rattenbury

Eleanor is an experienced creative producer, facilitator and touring performer, with a background in theatre and music. She has extensive experience in communications and social media campaigns.
